It is crafted with a STRUNG upper—an innovation in fabric that transforms athlete data into a supportive material, customized to meet athletes' needs. The Prime X 2 Strung also features 3 layers of LIGHTSTRIKE PRO in a 50mm stack height. A brand-new energy core is sandwiched between two layers of foam, making it lighter and providing more bounce in the forefoot and midfoot so you can run at full speed. The outsole, containing Continental rubber, offers ultimate grip on various surfaces.

The STRUNG upper is meticulously crafted with layered reinforcement in key areas around the midfoot and heel, along with targeted flexibility in expanded zones at the forefoot. The knit tongue is designed for an even more locked-in feel.

With 3 layers of LIGHTSTRIKE PRO—more than any other adidas running shoe—stacked at a height of 50mm. An energy core between two foam layers reduces weight and provides more softness and bounce in the midfoot and forefoot.
