The HOKA Arahi 7 features J-Frame™ technology for arch support and added stability, while remaining soft and comfortable with a cushioned foam midsole that is lightweight and not bulky. It also features a flat-knit upper that provides a snug, soft, and breathable fit, helping you unlock more miles today.​

​This shoe has earned the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) Seal of Acceptance. The APMA Seal of Acceptance is awarded to products that promote good foot health and have been evaluated by a group of podiatrists to ensure they are beneficial to foot health.

The upper has been updated to a soft, breathable flat-knit fabric, with a plusher tongue and a dual-gusseted design to keep the laces securely in place.​
